Just an observation ... I've found that unsubscribe requires:

1) request is sent from original address that made the request AND
2) request is sent to user

suse-security-unsubscribe-{mod_originator's_addr}@suse.com>

where "mod_originator's_addr" is the original address
I used to make the subscritpion request
substituting '=' for '@' (as shown in the expanded header).

If I follow these two rules, it seems to work well.

My most common mistake is missing rule 1) by using some aliased address.
