Real player for a workstation of my LAN

Dear my friends...
My boss need to play "real player" software (a
streaming audio video player). He needs to watch many
financial information from "http://www.n-tv.de";.
My Linux is SuSE Linux 8.2, my froxy server is Squid
and my firewall is shorewall.
How should I configure my firewall and squid so my
boss can watch the audio-video information from
"www.n-tv.de" with real player?
