Some time ago i thought of security by obsourity as a part of security polices. Hiding Banners from Services is one of the things we did. The result was that no 'scriptkiddie' tried to do some nasty stuff, BUT we hat a lot more direct attacks on that network, just ppl they tried to find out what we use etc. They didn't sucseed but we had a lot of more work with that. Thats why i not longer 'support' this way to get security. So no need to add noflame tags, was just a note on my comment and now i don't want to kill you ;) Have fun!
