Hello, I have a LAN with a new SuSE 8.0 server which has two ethernet interfaces: eth0 with points to the LAN (192.168.2.0) eth1 with is connected to a Linksys DSL router (which is doing NAT) (192.168.1.0) I have enabled 'ip forwarding' on the SuSE server, so all clients in the LAN can connect to the internet. Now I want to be able to have access to some services (especially http) from outside the LAN, from the internet. I setup port forwarding on my Linksys router (192.168.1.1), so port 80 is forwarded to my SuSE Server (192.168.1.2). This is not working. With the tcpdump utility I saw that the requests are coming in, but there's no response to them. I think this is not a problem of the Linksys Router because I had the same setup with SuSE 7.2. When I disable 'ip forwarding' I am able to access the http from the internet, but then no clients can connect to the internet. What am I doing wrong?
