suexec not working?

Did anyone run into this? He is referring to the 7.1 RPMs.
I updated my 7.1 system last night and didn't have this problem.

Subject: suexec not working on Suse apache rpm
All,
Found a problem with the Suse fix for the apache chunk bug. When
you install the new rpm suexec is not setuid and does not start. Issue
the commands "chmod 4711 /usr/sbin/suexec" to make it setuid and restart
your the web server. You should see that Suexec was started in the httd
error log. This problem was found in Suse "apache-1.3.19-115.i386.rpm"
but may reside in others.
