I think your "skript" should work ... 
I've made nearly the same rule the iptables / netfilter and is working 
correctly ... try it ?!?

Hi everybody,

I have a questions. How to allow traffic to a specific
port without specifying the ip-address. Does i.e.

ipchains -I input -i ippp0 --destination-port 3128 -p
tcp -j ACCEPT

work? Which other ways a to filter dynamic
ip-adresses?
