Usually you can say in /etc/mail/access :
<local-net> RELAY
<spammers-domain> ERROR: " 550 Don't wanna have Spam :-) "
and then
./sbin/conf.d/SuSEconfig.sendmail [enter]
now the new access.db should be build .. and the spammer should be blocked,
right ?

I have a SuSE 7.3 Sendmail host running Sendmail v8.11 function as my Primary MX. Someone is spamming mail into my domain. This host does not have any accounts on it, just an aliases file. How can I stop this??
What is your problem? 1) You are running an open relay 2) You get spammed 2) is not easy to solve, and 1) is non-trivial to achieve (that this sendmail in fact does relaying).
