Strange. The files and appropriate symlinks are there. This must have been from a mirror that hasn't updated yet.
I've not been too fond of YOU, since it seems to ignore the rpm database, and wants to waste time re-downloading packages that I've already updated manually. Is that getting fixed in 8.0?
Honestly I haven't had a chance to really look into YOU yet so I don't know the answer to that. Markus Gaugusch is working on an alternative to YOU which might be more along the lines of what you are looking for.
