You should have (if you've installed the kernel sources) /usr/src/linux, where linux is a soft link(ln -s) to the sources directory (usually in the same directory e.g. /usr/src/linux ------> /usr/src/linux-2.4.6.7.etc.) leastways that's the way it is with SuSE and I believe that is the way it is with RedHat installations.

It's exactly the same as with RedHat. The package's name is kernel-source in 7.3. Roman.
