I've only been able to find a source code package and a prebuilt
package at .......
http://www.pgpi.org/products/pgp/versions/freeware/unix/6.5.8/
the rpm package that is available didn't work on my SuSE machines.
Eventually I came to the conclusion along with several other
computing scientists and engineers that PGP 5.0 and GPG 1.0.6 were
probably best. So, make what you will out of that ?
I have mentioned this problem to various SuSE security people who are
all very much over worked and under pressure. They do a superb job.
They have said to me that "they hope to sort this out eventually". I
hope that they can :))
Thanks
