No, it provides nothing that I could get to.
I tried a couple times emailing the administrator, security, abuse
and all the other usual addresses. The problem is that although
IIS is installed by default on Win2K boxen, an SMPT package
is not (automatically) installed. So you can't even email root
at bad.ip.number.
