I use the cistron radius server on suse 7.1. It does what i need and has never crashed (well the machine has, bad hard drive) and we use it for about 10000 dial-in customers. I dont know how you plan to implement this with NT, we use remote access devices like lucent TNT's. There is another radius server, freeradius, or something like that that i hear is pretty good and i even think there is a plug-in for authentication via a mysql database which is really sweet. Hi All
SuSE 7.2 comes with two types of Radius servers the "cistron" and "livingston". What is the difference between the 2 servers . Which one is recommended for squid authentication and proxying an NT box for dial-in users. Which of the 2 is the most flexible and stable.
Thanks in Advance
