Hi all,
what can be treated as an ad by the austrian laws and what not is
something everybody has to decide for himself. The same applies
for the question of being in the reach of the austrian law. I would
recommend everyone who is concerned about that to consult his
local lawyer/law-information-system because this cannot be the
same for everyone.
