SuSE Security FAQ Version 0.4

Just a quick note to:
a) Announce a new version of the list FAQ (Version 0.4)
b) Let Newbies to the list know that we have an FAQ
I have just updated it, as off about 10min ago, but the date on the server appears to be wrong,
so Ignore the date stamp at the top.
I have been fooling about with web redirects and the faq should be at
http://www.susesecurity.com/faq/
if this does not work for you, the FAQ is still at it's original path of
http://www.cotse.com/nix/suse-security-faq/
The FAQ is still a little inconsistent in places, and it needs an index among other things,
but I have been pretty busy. It does have some more content however, and the existing content
has been tidied a little..
