Other common uses of port 81 are web proxy servers (3128 for squid, but also
8000, 800 and 81 sometimes), testing webservers, etc.

Hi, the 81 tcp, it's used for example on the cobalt cube for web
administration of the server. Usually in the port list of iana you got a
contact address for a documented port.
