I sent a mail last monday to the project and packaging mailing list, and got the reply back:

with subject "OBS Users - kindly verify your credentials!" was unable to be delivered to the list because of an access rule set up by the list administrator. Oops? As no moderator feedback was received in between, can anyone explain this 'access rule'?
It's best to email the mailinglist owner with the bounce to figure out why. It's not censorship. It's probably you sending an email incorrectly, such as using HTML The owner is mentioned at the bottom of every single email on this list
