Actually, it is. A non-traceable one, that is. All of them I tried asked for a phone number, including google.
I only found one somewhere, webmail only, valid for 15 days, unless you pay - in which case they have your credit card number and real data, which breaks the idea of non been traced.
I guess you've never heard of Mailinator. Or any of the other disposable mailing services found with a quick google search...
