Wrt replacing Raymond, I thought that situation was covered - haven't we had it before: a member resigns, his/her place is automatically filled from the list of candidates from the most recent election?
Yes we have had the situation before, but there is no "automatic" rule that kicks into place. While there is somewhat of a precedence, in that the last two times a board member stepped down the person not elected in the previous election with the most votes was asked to join the board, this is not a rule. However, for the stated reasons we agreed that it we would best if we continued as a 5 member board until the next election. Hope this response was sufficiently timely.
