Kaan,
It is great to see you going thru this exercise. I'm happy to
advise/mentor you on basic packaging issues, but I just realized you
may be expecting me to be the GSoC mentor. I'm afraid I don't have
the time or knowledge of CloudStack to do that.
Hopefully someone else will step up to the plate.

i made SR for libpff.
Great. I hope that at least let you see how the branch, osc co, edit, osc commit, SR process worked. That is the basic process used with OBS by all of the devs. 80% of my packaging involves that basic set of steps. The hard part is knowing what to do in the edit phase, but you'll get the hang of it (if that is new to you.) The other 20% of the time, I need to create a patch. We use quilt for that. I wouldn't bother with that for now if I was you. The tutorial link I sent you originally walks thru the process of creating a patch. Anytime I need to do that I just pull up that tutorial and follow the same steps. I do use quilt setup *.spec a lot just to expand tarballs and take a look inside. Especially for figuring out the license, you have to look inside the tarball. The list of license tokens used by openSUSE is at: http://spdx.org/licenses/ I critiqued your SR in a private mail.
