But Bugzilla workflow includes a bug being flagged as fixed, the
reporter verifies that it's fixed, and the bug is then closed.
Bugzilla documentation says something different, according to it the
RESOLVED -> VERIFIED -> CLOSED path is for QA, not for the reporter.
