Maybe they should not be included in the OBS, but they can be included
somewhere else, as external addons for convenience, so that it is clear
that they don't meet the same rules and expectations.

It is not closed source, in the sense that flash is, for example, but it is
not open source in the same sense as the rest of the distro. So... unknown,
undetermined, whatever.
