I receuve each day tenth of mails saying that my bank account have to 
be setup. Usually only one link is not to the true site

one of the first anti-piracy/virus hiunt is to always download from a 
known site. Spreading the dl source is dangerous.

but may there are solutions, for example when you are redirected to 
sourceforge you get a web page with sourceforge URL and only after 
that the dl begins (yes, sourceforge use this for advertising)
