OK, be as it may, I did receive just a short time ago a message with 
this URL and with the Subject heading of, "Feds Shut Down Website 
Without Due Process":

suggesting that even with a law in place no due process was used to 
close down and arrest someone *IN* *A* *FOREIGN* *COUNTRY*.
