Looks like we have 3 very good proposals on the table:
1) purchasing SSDs for OBS
2) a Packman server.
3) use the money to sponsor our mentors to come to the openSUSE conference...
Then put the proposals up and have a members only vote. (I do think
this should be members only.)
I'd like the Mentors to weigh in with their preferences since the money will be
a result of their efforts.
