After sending another barrage of mail and seeing the length of this 
thread (and imaging how much time and bytes have been wasted for those 
not very much interested) I'd like to ask anyone who doesn't have 
concrete, specific lines or text to discuss but has more general 
concerns to just contact me personally. We can mail or even skype/call 
about it if it's really an issue.

If you have additons or suggestions, please feel free to modify the wiki 
directly as well.
