Again, this is to create an environment where harassment is not welcome,
and if it happens, a consequence for that action happening. That's all.
I guess most would agree on harassment being unwelcome. The problems come
when you want to define the term. My experience shows that there are
noticable cultural differences as to what *is* a harassment. Who's
definition do we use?
