[opensuse-project] Final draft for adapting the trademark guidelines

Attached is an updated version of the proposal for adapting the openSUSE trademark guidelines and the diff to version which currently is valid. It incorporates the input from the thread about the previous version. The only change compared to the previous version is in the wording of the section about using the trademarks in publications. As the feedback has been positive and there was general agreement that this is how we want to move forward I would consider it the final draft. The next steps will be to create the "based on openSUSE" branding and get approval from Novell as owner of the trademark for the changes in the guidelines. -- Cornelius Schumacher <cschum@suse.de>
