As I wrote in another post in this thread, I think '99.99% we won't be
charged with violation of copyright, because most of the authors want
their works to be read by as many readers as possible.'
for sure :-). I was only raising a legal objection...
However, in case a copyright owner will start a lawsuit, who will be the
defendant? For now, openSUSE Foundation is not yet established and
openSUSE project itself doesn't have legal personality.
