Yes.  Actually a "normal" 'zypper update -t package' will pull in any
updated packages, that happen do have gotten updated for security fixes,
or bugfixes, once the package has switched from the "base" 11.3 repo to
the Tumbleweed one.

So you should be fine, updates will show up normally.
