Perhaps you'ld consider a low noise Tumbleweed-announce at some point,
once it's bedded in and you're happy to have end users, who wish to
keep the email bandwidth down and are less development oriented, so
want to stay off factory?
Wouldn't the package upgrader take care of popping up a notification
when there are updates in the channels ? That is not enough ?
Yes, it will, but that's a bit different from the status report I sent
out yesterday, right? That explains why some packages are being updated
(like the yast2 stuff), as well as a general "state of the repo" type
thing.
