I'm especially concerned about the topic of the Foundation because I don't see too many people invested yet. We need to make sure that the Foundation is set up so that all the people who are willing AND able to carry it into the future are engaged from the beginning and understand that the openSUSE Foundation is theirs to run and to enjoy.
So, stupid question of the day: how can I invest myself more in setting up the Foundation? I want that to happen, I'm ready to help, I want to invest my energy to make that happen.
But I'm not on the board and for some reason, I always miss the IRC meetings where this is discussed, and I see no mail about this. So I'm not sure how I can help since I don't know what is the current status, and where help is needed.
I expect other people are in the same situation :/
(FWIW, I very strongly believe that the board doesn't have to do everything itself, but I know it's not as easy as it sounds.)
Cheers,
Vincent

Not a stupid question at all. This is something the board addressed at the last meeting with a goal of making the process more open and transparent. Alan Clark, our new chair, is going to work on putting all our relevant information up on the wiki. And we have created a opensuse-foundation@opensuse.org mailing list. We're going to make sure everyone who wants to join in and considers themselves a stakeholder have the access to do so.
