"We work in a open way" is reference to whole organization activity
and results of that activity.
Term "open source project" means that project's source code is
publicly available to anyone willing to accept license terms and that
license is accepted as open source license. It doesn't tell anything
about openness of any other part of the project.
Exactly - do you think anyone really cares much about the fact that
our "open" is not quite the same as in "open source"? "open" does not
imply transparent, I think it's a good idea to include transparent.
