Perhaps some more definition is needed here. For election of the *entire*
board, terms will be set in descending order of number of votes for, ie:
three most voted elected member will serve two year terms, next two will
serve one year terms.

Forced re-election:
If 20 per cent or more of the openSUSE members require a new board, an
election will be held for the complete elected Board seats.
Perhaps some more definition is needed here. For election of the *entire*
