Yes, thank you, Rupert - you said a lot of what I've been thinking and 
trying to figure out a good way to say.  We *are* all on the same "team" 
here and there's no need for the discussion to be adversarial - we have 
the same ultimate goal, which is to grow the community to increase the 
pool of active contributors.
