I hope you are not saying that it is not required for people to have to
be invented :-))?

About inviting: it is more simple to get the people on the team you want
by inviting them, as to wait until they want to be a member themselves,
find the application, like me, after 4 or 5 years, i still did not know
it existed..... but contributed all this time, without feeling the need
to become a member, or ask myself if i could become one...
