Class I:
1-reliable
2-trustworthy
3-friendly

Class II:
1-innovative
...

Innovation is prone to clash with the Class I priorities. e.g. to maximize
reliability and trust, both of which depend somewhat if not more on
familiarity, on a fresh user startup I immediately undo Kickoff Menu in favor
of the more familiar and responsive Classic.
