That's a cop-out.  Priorities change.  You can never stop talking about
priorities if you expect to attract new users.  New users have not heard
the old discussions.  If you can't tolerate new users who have different
ideas, how do you expect the project to grow?

I think you want to stay in a comfort zone, without any pesky new users
disturbing your little clique.
