I also thought very much like you in regard to your 'first' reason so
based upon that i mentioned the link (in the page ) Under '1.1 Members'
---> "Link to Members page (separate)" that means , for example - Lets
Take Art Team , then the member page would be Art Team/Members . This
way the team page would have more of useful data and less of only MEMBERS ;)
I personally feel there is no need to contact an individual team member
rather lets ask the contributor to directly contact over the ML . And if
at all he/she wishes to solve his/her doubt personally then the Members
page is always there :) .

A good first draft, just a little bit to latin for me ;)
I propose to include the standard team structure in your draft from the
beginning:
[[Category:Teams]]
{Team}
I would add as well sections called "open tasks" and "how to participate"
(or "how to join").
The purpose of the team page is IMO for a community member to figure out
which time she likes to join.
One thing I wouldnt really post the members there. Only the person who
is/feels responsible for that team.
IMO , the members are themselves responsible for the happening in/out
the Team so each and every member related to the team should be
mentioned (i dont refer to occasional contributors) .
Two reasons for that: Feeling all team members there was just a
numeration of links to userpages, filling mor like that means you have
all time to keep that page with all datas of that members actually.
second reason when u all team members there could a interested person
pcik one for contact and maybe he gets not really that what he wanted ;)

P.S. As discussed in the last IRC meeting, I removed some obsolete team
pages and added to some an "outdated" message.
