independent organization from openSUSE because maintaining it is
totally counter to Novell's enterprise software interests.
I'm not sure that it's "totally counter" - at least if I'm looking on how Red
Hat sees and handles CentOS. For sure, Novell would love paying customers -
but Novell also offers more than "openSLES" will: especially support - and a
support organization -, maintenance and compliances.
