Open Enterprise Server would be confusing as it's a Novell product.Right, OES awakens old memories. Not good.
Certainly for those who used OESv1. OES2 isn't bad, especially with the
latest service pack applied.
My vote is for OSES.
I think just openSUSE LTS would be sufficient, myself.
