UYse the new "maintainer" functionality in osc 0.120.

$ osc maintainer openSUSE:Factory cups
Following to the development space: Printing / cups

bugowner :
jsmeix

maintainer :
jsmeix, kssingvo

$ osc meta user jsmeix
<person>
  <login>jsmeix</login>
  <email>jsmeix@xxxxxxxxxx</email>
  <realname>Johannes Meixner</realname>
</person>
$ 

So assign to jsmeix@xxxxxxxxxx
