All this is fine, but mixes a lot with the infrastructure discussion.

I would like to keep this a simple task. We failed long enough to find
someone to hack on it. There are two things we would need for MM:

* 5 states of an application
  * New
  * To be Accepted
  * Accepted
  * To be Rejected
  * Rejected
  plus the respective listings.

* The voting field. (+1,0,-1) coupled with a free text field.
