It's not too early to talk about that now. Feel free to send me or
other organizers an email and let us know what you're thinking.

For the specific idea -- a key-signing party sounds like an excellent
Birds of a Feather activity, something that might take place after
18:00 each day. (Planning for BoFs to happen between 18:00 - 20:00)

And yes, I think there are plenty of other things that make sense to have. :-)
