Yes of course. But sometimes this is bound to happen. There are certain
situations where one or the other side cant act differently. For
instance Jims example of Users that simply don't have the knowledge of
how to produce a bugreport that helps the developer. Or for the other
side it can be the case that a developer simply has no time to explain
how to do that. These are situations that are unfortunate, cant be
changed but that frequently happen.

Complaining might be a bit too harsh sorry :) What i meant was that each
and every on of us has to accept that this process will go wrong in some
cases.
