IMHO, yes, and good place would be:

Current jobs, as I can see, would be:
Testing features.
Testing factory. 
Testing updates. 
Notifying people of changes on communication media [1].
Asking for help with testing. 

Scanning lists for reports that need developers attention. 
(or I'm on a BugBuster side already?)
