But the info there is from last november. I miss an "official" statement
or announcement, at least concurrently with the request for my vote. I
like to know what I'm voting about.

AFAIK, there is not even a list of candidates!

See the mail " /ignore the voting mail ..." from 17:09 ... you don't see
any "candidates" because i chanceled the election again.
