What you do not see is also that we report bugs upstream, or we work
upstream and fix the bugs there. So in the end it is unified again.

I know that.
It is anyway a lot of manual work that way. For instance working with somebody
upstream, you have to be a proxy if local reporter doesn't want to create one
more login in his portfolio.
