I've given up on buying the box set... not out of lack of interest...
out of a total lack of ability to get what I want.. the box set in
English.  I used to live in the NL and getting the English box there
was easy - every reseller carried both Dutch and English versions... I
bought every release.

I have since moved to Germany, and now... I either order and English
copy from outside of Germany and pay outrageous shipping costs, or I
buy it in Germany... except it's ONLY available in German when you buy
it in Germany.... English version is not an option at all resellers,
and online stores that I've checked.
