Yeah.. You are right. I've never been really using Debian (Very few times Ubuntu) but I have been wondering how the heck they have so many deb-packages. openSUSE should have package somekind of a testpool where adventurous minds could try stuff and rate/send easily feedback on them (There is Factory but how really wants to be that adventurous in a life day to day?). Biggest problem on build.opensuse.org it is so fragmented. Nowone really knows otherones packages if he doesn't check search and then you don't really know qualify of those packages you install.
