Please subscribe to the opensuse-factory mailing list and ask over there.

This opensuse-project list is about discussions around the whole
project, and community, communication, initiatives, etc...
For technical stuff, use opensuse-factory@ or the general support list
opensuse@ (given your questions above, I'd rather recommend the
opensuse-factory list though).
